News of the recent groundbreaking ceremony, hosted by leading French developer ICADE, and attended by the French Minister of Justice Christiane Taubira and First Deputy Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo. The building, located in the Parc du Millénaire, along the northern edge of the principal ring road encircling metropolitan Paris (the Boulevard Périphérique), will be occupied solely by the Ministry of Justice.

A set of seven buildings including real and pastiche Haussmannian styles, as well as a building dating from the 1970’s, formed a nearly complete urban block in the Triangle d’or (the corner of the Champs-Elysées and the Avenue Georges V). The restaurant Le Fouquet’s is the flagship property of the Barrière company.

Built on the site of an old house set between two buildings in the heart of a very well-preserved block in the 6th arrondissement, this house is designed as a tree-like structure delimited on three sides by the original walls. Only the entirely glazed south façade belies the almost total reconstruction of the building and provides a glimpse of the volumetric complexity of its interior spaces.
