The design privileges everyday living in direct dialogue with the outdoors. A continuous social sequence—living room, dining, and kitchen—extends outward to galleries and terraces, dissolving the threshold between interior space and landscape.

A covered gallery serves as a transitional interface with the lake, extending daytime use while modulating incoming natural light. The primary bedroom is positioned along the western party wall, allowing direct circulation and seamless access to the outdoors. Secondary bedrooms are located at the street-level entry, each enjoying views of the surrounding site.

A need arose to reconfigure portions of an office originally designed twenty years ago. The goal was to integrate commercial offices alongside new exhibition spaces for large-format displays, using modular panels of 3.20 m or 1.60 m. The upper floor was conceived as a flexible canvas, prioritizing adaptability in both use and spatial organization.

The interior is organised around a modular metal grid that structures the layout and guides circulation, reinforcing an industrial yet contemporary logic. A restrained palette of durable materials—black metal, steel mesh, natural wood, concrete, and textured finishes—establishes an atmosphere that is both austere and warm, where each element is carefully considered and serves a precise purpose.
