This approach reflects a commitment to material honesty, allowing the construction system to remain visible and legible. At the same time, it enables uninterrupted visual continuity, reinforcing a sense of openness and spatial clarity.

Architectural Design + Interior Design: Architect Santiago Bertotti
Casa BP, Estancia El Terrón, Mendiolaza, Córdoba

The residence is positioned on an elevated portion of the site, carefully utilizing the gentle topography to capture expansive views across the surrounding rural landscape. Its placement reinforces a strong connection to the natural setting while allowing the architecture to engage the terrain with clarity and restraint.
The primary volume is conceived as a strictly longitudinal form, aligned with the dominant boundaries of the site to establish a clear spatial order and reinforce the linear qualities of the landscape. This elongated configuration enhances visual continuity and maximizes the relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding views.

Dúplex 4F is located within the Las Huertillas neighborhood in Córdoba, a low-density residential area traditionally characterized by the construction of two homes per lot.
Responding to this urban context, the project introduces a series of four residential units, each measuring approximately 125 square meters, distributed across two adjoining lots positioned between party walls with an east-west orientation. The proposal carefully negotiates density, privacy, and spatial quality while remaining sensitive to the scale and rhythm of the surrounding neighborhood.

Villa Belgrano House, Cordoba
Architects: MZ Architects
Villa Belgrano House Cordoba Argentina

The 1,200-square-meter lot presented two defining site conditions that became central to the architectural response: a gradual 2.80-meter slope descending from the street toward the rear of the property, and a distinctive triangular termination that introduced geometric complexity to the site.
Rather than treating these characteristics as limitations, the project embraces them as opportunities to shape the spatial and organizational logic of the development. The changing topography informs circulation, sectional relationships, and the integration of outdoor spaces, while the triangular geometry generates unique spatial conditions and visual perspectives throughout the project.

La Ballena is located within a suburban landscape approximately 40 kilometers from Rosario, set within a clearing surrounded by mature eucalyptus trees that define both the atmosphere and identity of the project.
The presence of this old-growth forest strongly informs the architectural approach, shaping the placement, scale, and spatial experience of the intervention. Rather than imposing itself upon the landscape, the architecture is conceived as a quiet companion to its environment—allowing the surrounding vegetation, natural light, and passage of time to remain central protagonists of the experience.

UNPUENTE is conceived as a single-family residence that functions both as a gathering place for weekend family life and as an intimate private retreat for a couple. The project balances openness and sociability with moments of calm and seclusion, adapting to different rhythms of occupation throughout the year.
Located within a gated community overlooking the Los Molinos Reservoir in the Calamuchita Valley, the home is deeply connected to its exceptional natural surroundings. Casa Vima, Bella Vista, Provincia De Buenos Aires
Architects: Grizzo Studio
Casa Vima Bella Vista Buenos Aires Province

The house is set upon a plinth that mediates between the exterior landscape and the interior environment, establishing a gradual and deliberate threshold between outside and inside. This elevated base becomes an architectural device that defines entry, sequence, and transition throughout the home.
Changes in level are used as a spatial strategy to choreograph movement and perception. The subtle shifts in height introduce a continuous interplay of light and shadow, giving each space a distinct atmospheric quality that evolves throughout the day.

Casa Galera, Rio Tercero, Cordoba
Architect: Karlen + Clemente
Casa Galera Rio Tercero Cordoba
photo : Gonzalo Viramonte
The main functions of the house are concentrated on the ground floor, establishing a clear and legible spatial structure. A longitudinal axis organizes the primary social areas—living room, dining area, and kitchen—creating a continuous sequence that guides movement and visual connection throughout the interior.
This linear arrangement extends outward toward the veranda and swimming pool, reinforcing a strong relationship between indoor living and the surrounding landscape. The architecture encourages a lifestyle closely connected to the garden, where daily activities naturally expand into outdoor spaces.

Spano Casas Housing, Cordoba
Architecture Office: ESTUDIO LZ Pablo Lorenzo Arquitectos
Spano Casas Housing Cordoba
photo : Gonzalo Viramonte
Spano Casas Housing Complex is located in the northern sector of Córdoba, within the Argüello neighborhood. The project occupies a corner plot defined by an irregular geometric condition, which becomes a primary driver of the architectural strategy.
Rather than treating the site’s irregularity as a constraint, the design uses it as a generative framework for spatial organization, massing, and circulation. The unique geometry of the lot establishes non-standard alignments that inform the positioning and articulation of the housing units.

Tres Patios House, Buenos Aires
Architecture: Besonías Almeida arquitectos
Tres Patios House Buenos Aires Argentina
photo : Hernán de Almeida
Interested in the complex spatiality and strong integration with the landscape that characterizes the studio’s work, the owners established a key condition from the outset: the house was to be developed entirely at ground level. This requirement set the foundation for the project’s spatial strategy and architectural approach.
The main challenge lay in resolving a house on an urban-exposed corner lot while ensuring that every room could maintain a direct and meaningful relationship with the landscape. At the same time, the design needed to preserve a high degree of privacy despite its open, ground-level configuration.

Casa Gallareta Luxury Landscape Cabins, Patagonia
Design: Organic and Joyful Architecture

Landscape Cabins is conceived as a modular series of small-scale dwellings designed for two to three guests, positioned as extensions of the surrounding forest rather than separate built objects. The architectural intention is to integrate each cabin into the natural environment so that it reads as another element of the woodland landscape.
Each unit follows a shared architectural language that ensures coherence across the ensemble, while introducing subtle variations in form, orientation, and spatial arrangement. This controlled variability creates a sense of “organized randomness,” allowing the cabins to feel both unified and individually distinct.

House in the Stone, Sierras Chica, Córdoba
Architect: Arq. Christian Schlatter
House in the Stone, Sierras Chica, Córdoba
photo : Gonzalo Viramonte
Excavated within the depths of the mountain, the project establishes a direct connection to a more primitive way of inhabiting space—one rooted in shelter, material honesty, and the elemental qualities of the earth itself.
The architecture is conceived as a carved void within stone, where the act of excavation becomes the primary spatial gesture. This approach dissolves the boundary between construction and terrain, transforming the mountain into both structure and enclosure.

nnCLP HOUSE, La Cascada Country Golf, Córdoba
Architecture: nnarquitectos
nnCLP HOUSE La Cascada Country Golf Cordoba
photo : Gonzalo Viramonte
The nnCLP HOUSE project was commissioned by a couple with three children, with the premise that the social spaces should be the protagonists, allowing a fluid social life. This modern house is positioned at the front of the site, establishing a protective threshold that defines privacy while shaping the overall spatial organization. From this point, the building extends longitudinally along the western edge of the plot, a deliberate move that optimizes environmental performance and interior comfort.
By aligning the main volume in this way, the social areas are oriented toward northern exposure, maximizing access to consistent natural light throughout the day. This orientation also enhances thermal comfort and reinforces a strong relationship between interior living spaces and the outdoor environment. Cross-ventilation is encouraged through strategically placed openings, allowing air to flow freely across the plan and improving passive climate control.

Lodge JR, Yacanto, Córdoba
Architecture: Arq. Paul Dragicevic
Lodge JR Yacanto Cordoba house

Exposed concrete is used not only to achieve the desired spatial plasticity and expressive architectural form, but also to meet a key initial requirement of the project: ensuring a building with very low maintenance demands over time. Its durability and minimal need for upkeep make it an ideal material for the exposed structural and spatial elements of the house.
This robust material strategy is complemented by the use of burnt wooden boards, which introduce a contrasting yet equally resilient texture to the architectural composition. Their charred finish enhances durability while adding depth and tactility to the overall material palette.

Casa RC, Country La Cascada, Córdoba
Architecture: Arch. Cristián Nanzer
Casa RC Country La Cascada Córdoba house
photo : Arq. Gonzalo Viramonte
The plot is oriented with a south-facing frontage and a gentle slope descending toward the rear boundary, which enjoys a direct northern orientation and opens onto the adjacent neighborhood golf course. This dual condition—topographical and environmental—plays a defining role in shaping the project’s spatial and typological organization.
In response to these site characteristics, the design strategically positions the social areas on the upper floor, allowing them to benefit from elevated, distant views over the landscape and the golf course beyond. This elevated placement enhances visual openness and reinforces the experience of horizon and depth within the main living spaces.

Casa CM, Rafaela in the Province of Santa Fe
Design: Lateral Arquitectos studio
Casa CM Rafaela Province of Santa Fe
photo : Ramiro Sosa
A sequence of patios, each with its own spatial character, structures and articulates the program throughout the house. These open-air voids operate as organizing devices that define transitions, regulate privacy, and bring natural light and ventilation deep into the plan.
At the entrance, an initial open courtyard functions as a threshold space, filtering the relationship between the street and the interior. It establishes a gradual transition from public to private, setting a calm and buffered arrival experience.
