The chosen location, the former San Juan Bautista Asylum, offers exceptional potential through its strategic position on the edge of the historic centre and alongside the city’s principal green corridor, the transformed Turia riverbed.

In contrast to the inward-looking character of the former municipal market, the project reimagines the building as an open, accessible, and permeable civic destination. The design strengthens connections between the site’s different urban levels, creating a seamless relationship with its surroundings while integrating the building into the wider network of public spaces at the heart of the town centre.

The Vicomtech technology center joins the MUBIL Hub as a new facility dedicated to the advancement of smart mobility technologies, with a particular focus on Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM), alongside Safety and Security systems.
Conceived as a catalyst for innovation and applied research, the building is designed to strengthen interdisciplinary investigation into advanced transportation systems and the protection of critical infrastructure and citizens.

Located in the heart of San Sebastián’s Romantic Area, San Martin Market is deeply woven into the everyday life and cultural identity of the city. More than a traditional marketplace, it functions as a social and civic gathering place where daily rituals, local traditions, and community relationships converge.
The market’s significance extends beyond commerce. Through the exchange between vendors, residents, and visitors, local identity is continuously expressed—not only through regional products and gastronomy, but through the shared experiences and human connections that define the atmosphere of the space.

The brief for the Leganés Auto Center was complex: it called for a large showroom, offices, mechanical and bodywork workshops, and extensive storage for hundreds of vehicles—all while supporting the continuous movement of cars throughout the facility. The challenge was further intensified by the presence of an existing structure on site, an abandoned industrial building that had once housed a kitchen factory and had remained unused for years.

The difficulty in finding affordable rentals and the limited supply of affordable housing in Palma led the owners to seek alternative solutions. NZ10 is the result of a renovation of an old bakery from the 80s into a home. The apartment is located on the ground floor in one of the densest neighborhoods in Palma.

Over the last few years, Certest’s production and R&D development needs have grown exponentially. To accommodate this growth, IDOM has designed its new extensions as a continuation of its current headquarters in San Mateo de Gállego, Zaragoza, Spain. The new buildings reflect Certest’s new growth strategies and represent a total of 15,620 m2 of new construction, which, when added to the existing buildings, form a total built-up area of 24,825 m2, making it one of the largest biotechnological complexes.

The Office Building and Production Facility for Power Electronics building is located in the industrial park of Carrases in Llíria, at a tangent to the Ademuz highway that connects Liria with Valencia. It is a large 50,650 sqm production facility, a visible white metal structure, which creates an open, clean and flexible interior space to adapt internal logistics to production and storage needs.
