Consell Kindergarten
The design strategy intends to accommodate the whole building area in the ground floor and thus create a fluid relation between the interior and the play grounds. In addition to this, the need of creating the access to the building from the main avenue, and the need to establish a pedestrian connection with the existing building, led us considering a building to be crossed, to be traversed.

The architects say, “It is requested to draft a project for a building destined for the Catholic worship, in the type of a chapel or an hermitage dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. Teacher Training Center – Archbishop of Granada
An unusually bold articulation of form, tending towards the spectacle rather than traditional nroms of architectural beauty, “This basic approach results from the structural solution adopted by this project based on the study of the section: a roof truss, containing the two upper floors of classrooms and departments, supported by two lines of brackets, saving a long distance, under which common areas are developed in continuity with the outside landscaped terraces and protected by a powerful cantilever.”

Rose House, Girona, northeast of Catalonia, north east Spain

Rose House
The house resembles a flower shape, with the living spaces grouped around a central circular courtyard in smaller and larger circles that also continue to enclose the rest of the site as defined garden spaces. This gives each room a two-folded orientation – to the central courtyard and to the surrounding gardens.

Unquera Parish Center – Church of the Holy Martyrs
The program was organized in a rectangular plant of extreme proportions, differentiating the functional areas. We access the building through a footbridge to the luminous lobby, that articulates the spaces and serves as meeting area. The church has two naves. The smaller nave is defined by a strong beam and it allocates the confessional and the sacristy.

Non Program Pavilion in Spain
The structure of the building is developed itself as a flower, as a natural fact, subscribing to Oscar Niemeyer’s approach. The whole project has been composed in the concept of “how to build in natural landscape?” and “what is the appropriate “weight” of a construction of this scale?”

House on the Cliff, Calpe, Alicante, southern Spain
Design: Fran Silvestre Arquitectos

House on the Cliff
Due to the steepness of the plot and the desire to contain the house in just one level, a three-dimensional structure of reinforced concrete slabs and screens adapting to the plot’s topography was chosen, thus minimizing the earthwork. This monolithic, stone-anchored structure generates a horizontal platform from the accessing level, where the house itself is located.

Museo de al Memoria de Andalucía
We would like to make “the most beautiful building” for the Museo de al Memoria de Andalucía (Andalusia’s Museum of Memory) in Granada. The MA. A museum that wishes to transmit the entire history of Andalusia. As early as Roman times, Strabo described the inhabitants of Andalusia as “the most cultivated of the Iberians, who have laws in verse.”
