Chelsea Gardens is a highly-sustainable, 20-storey multi-unit residential building, that will bring 200 new affordable rental units to Brampton. It is one of 31 projects undertaken by the Peel Housing Corporation that aim to advance the 10-year Peel Housing and Homelessness Plan and is part of ongoing intensification efforts in the area.

The Bowker Collection is a mixed-use development consists of 43 condominiums and over 5 commercial suites situated along Cadboro Bay Road, Victoria. The building is designed in two parts, addressing the two streets and framing an interior, west-facing landscaped courtyard.

Cascadia Architects designed the Clive to achieve a number of programmatic, urban design, and sustainability targets while remaining respectful of the scale and historic mixed commercial/residential typology of the Village.

The new South Haven Centre for Remembrance creates a new non-denominational landmark destination for the City of Edmonton. The design features a symbolic thirteen-meter tower which emerges from the prairie landscape which makes reference to the existing grave sites, monuments, columbaria and the latent memory that they embody.

Located in the heart of Canada’s boreal forest, the Cadillac-Larder Fault is a major geologic feature that cuts across Quebec’s Abitibi-Témiscamingue region and into Northern Ontario. It is the source of the region’s abundant mineral resources, and several major settlements were established along its length to engage in mining and forestry.
