Dion Project in Blainville
The judicious layout of the rooms and the importance of natural light are the main ingredients of the design of this residence. The house as a whole, was designed to provide a warm and friendly environment for a small family.
With the expertise of Fabelta, working in partnership with the design and architecture industry, this modern construction is equipped with glazing, the insulation of which surpasses the energy standards. This essential feature of the building’s windows ensures the comfort of the occupants and makes it possible to optimise the contribution of the energy gain throughout the year.
The essence of the Dion residence is obviously the use of an imposing Windows system. This House, located in Blainville, has been able to stand out by its inviting and warm side which emerges from the places and by the mixture of textures offered by wood and stone. Inside, open spaces and abundant windows offer a 360 view on the ground. Favouring a fluid circulation, this residence was painstakingly thought by the architects of Chez Leguë architecture Inc.
These are products of the PuRE series by Fabelta that have been integrated into the realization of this House to the modern look. Whether it is for fixed or oscillating windows, each product has been chosen to meet the specific needs of the customers and to maximize the entry of natural light.
The use of Fabelta aluminium products presents a sleek design of neat and luminous architecture, while respecting the principles of sustainable development. Fully designed and manufactured in Quebec, these Windows systems have been conceived to meet the new energy standards and to offer imposing dimensions that respect the market trend.
