Stewart Museum Montréal, Canada : Les architectes FABG

For this project, the architects revised the master plan of the site development and did a Feasibility Study which included a functional and technical program. The museum’s transformation program was developed to meet the following requirements: – Grouping functions Which Were similar; – Facilitate the movement and Improve the visitor’s experience; – Improve Climatic comfort; – Improve the safety of people and goods: alarm system, sprinkler, emergency exit; – Improve accessibility for disabled people; – Improving the mechanical and electrical systems: efficiency, Conformity and security.
House in Baños de Montemayor, Cáceres, Spain : GEA Architects

The project is located in a village in northern Extremadura called Baños de Montemayor, surrounded by mountains of chestnut and oak trees. The plot has an elevated position over the village; it possesses a breathtaking view over the nearby lake.

The development comprises eleven storeys of offices and shops, topped by twenty-three storeys of apartments. The tower’s form articulates these different functions.

This office building with a surface area of of 38,600 m² is called the “Horizons” building. Its design was entrusted to the visionary architect Jean Nouvel following a competition organized with 4 internationally renowned architectural firms: Valode et Pistre, Massimiliano Fuksas, Kohn Pedersen Fox and Ateliers Jean Nouvel.
St. Petersburg Pier Competition, Florida, USA : Michael Maltzan Architecture

The Lens is a new icon for the City of St. Petersburg, reframing the relationship between the City and the Bay. Visible from afar, it is a crown on the skyline and a marker within the daily life of St. Petersburg.
