The building will be the world’s tallest all-residential structure once complete. Building to Become the Tallest Residential Tower in the Western Hemisphere.
A really unusual pencil-thin supertall skyscraper, using a regular pattern of fenestration, broken every now and then down the facade. Apparently the top three floors are a single penthouse but many apartments in the skyscraper are yet to sell.
Unlike One WTC, The Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building there is no spike, mast or crown, the tower just terminates with the same top condition as the edge conditions.
