$2 billion in luxury condominiums have been sold at 432 Park Avenue. The building’s most significant closings include 48 residences selling for more than $20 million each.
In December 2017, a Chinese buyer picked up three penthouse apartments for $91.1 million, the most expensive closing to date. The three units were originally listed for $120 million.
However the pricetag didn’t beat Manhattan’s record residential sale, at One57 where a penthouse sold for $100.4 million in 2014.

Realtors Douglas Elliman Realty noted that ‘432’ has become one of the most coveted addresses in New York City.

432 Park Avenue – design by Rafael Viñoly, architect:
A really unusual pencil-thin supertall skyscraper, using a regular pattern of fenestration, broken every now and then down the facade. Apparently the top three floors are a single penthouse but many apartments in the skyscraper are yet to sell.
Unlike One WTC, The Chrysler Building and the Empire State Building there is no spike, mast or crown, the tower just terminates with the same top condition as the edge conditions.

“The project consists of residences on middle and upper levels and common spaces distributed throughout the lowest levels. Delegates will tour these areas, include a penthouse, model apartment, drum floor (double height mechanical floor that deflects wind pressures), among other areas. Two smaller volumes adjacent to the tower will house commercial offices and 120,000 square feet of retail space.”
