Drawing inspiration from the warm red brick of the surrounding Fort Greene streetscape, the pink precast concrete façade reinterprets the neighborhood’s material palette in a contemporary architectural language. Rather than standing in contrast, the building emerges from its context, with the pink tone serving as a subtle bridge between the historic and the new.

Situated on the corner of serene, tree-lined East 84th Street, just one block from Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1122 Madison Avenue is a boutique luxury condominium that embodies the enduring character of the Upper East Side. Designed in a timeless architectural language and inspired by New York’s grand prewar apartment houses, the building is thoughtfully scaled to feel intimate and personal while meeting contemporary standards for comfort, craftsmanship, and livability.

Union Channel’s dynamic façade combines glass, exposed concrete and metal panels, responding to the neighbourhood’s industrial character while establishing a contemporary landmark. Undulating bay windows animate the street edge, giving the building a distinctive presence within its urban context. Inside, a palette of natural materials—including white oak, travertine and terrazzo—combines durability and craftsmanship with a sense of warmth.

Sutton Tower, the tallest residential building along Manhattan’s East Side waterfront and the first skyscraper designed by acclaimed architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, has been awarded the prestigious 2025 BLT Built Design Award in the “Architectural Design: Skyscraper” category. Developed by JVP Development and Gamma Real Estate, the 850-foot tower has been recognized for its architectural innovation, exceptional design, and outstanding craftsmanship.

Located near multiple transit stops, HomeRise at Mission Bay is designed to seamlessly integrate into the evolving neighborhood. The 92,535-square-foot, four-story development provides 140 studio apartments of healthy, welcoming, and supportive housing, complemented by 24-hour reception, indoor and outdoor community spaces, and onsite services to assist residents in achieving housing stability.

Vitus, a company dedicated to acquiring, improving and preserving affordable housing across the United States, required new office space. Reflecting its commitment to investing in communities, the company purchased an overlooked 25,000-square-foot building dating from the 1920s in Seattle’s Belltown neighbourhood. The project transforms the existing structure into a workplace that extends Vitus’s community-focused ethos into its own working environment.

Three new buildings in New Jersey: these new buildings now provide 123 residential units and a variety of retail spaces. Within the Teachers Village project, all of the Richard Meier & Partners buildings have been designed with open interior spaces full of natural light.

This architecture, urban design and planning firm, has won two prestigious awards for its Kennedy Homes Affordable Housing Project.
Developed on an 8.5-acre site formerly occupied by 1940s public housing, Kennedy Homes represents a new model for affordable housing. This $16 million, multi-story, multi-family project, certified LEED Gold for Homes, introduces extended green spaces along the urban edge at the gateway to Fort Lauderdale and the historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood.
