Delacombe Stadium acts as a ‘front door’ for Delacombe Primary School, the new building provides a contemporary and high quality dedicated facility for competitive sports standards. The design by Kosloff Architecture considers the importance of connection, with a shift from a community urban frontage to a smaller campus scale, allowing for a transitions that responds proportionally to its contrasting environments.

The Bavarian town of Inzell hosted the World Single Distances Speed Skating Championships 2011. To create the world-class competition conditions required for this event, the existing outdoor speed-skating track was upgraded through the construction of a high-performance intelligent roof structure.

Holmbladsgade Sports Centre
The building´s structure is composed of steel and timber covered with opalescent polycarbonate panels with a low U-value. This translucent cover offers excellent daylight conditions and at night the structure appears as a glowing crystal.
