Prahran Hotel
The Prahran Hotel is a substantial two storey corner pub with a striking streamlined art deco facade. The rear of the venue had a poorly proportioned, internalised single storey extension and the clients brief for the project called to demolish and replace it with a dramatic double height space with a central courtyard.

The design of the Pop-Up Hotel focuses on the transformation of empty Class A office spaces into hospitality spaces. The setup is simple. We intend to partner with various owner/leasing agencies around Midtown to identify buildings in need of revitalization. A uniquely urban experience, the Pop-Up hotel will feature a variety of amenities and rooms catering to a wide diversity of clientele.

The exceptional site for this confidential project is a historic department store designed by Henri Sauvage that overlooks the Seine river and the Pont Neuf. The Samaritaine is a landmark that embodies a Parisian tradition.

This luxury hotel is set within the walls of the historical fortress, the emblematic 16th century Citadel of Cascais. It is a place where ancient meets modern, and many of the rooms are dramatically set into the former barracks which makes each space a different experience, while others, more modern, enjoy spectacular views to the sea or over the huge internal patio spaces.

“Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and tucked away in the Fann Corniche, an area that houses exclusive villas and international embassies, the new Radisson Blu Hotel is a contemporary expression of Senegalese Style,” says Project Partner, Greg Truen. The brief called for 180 suites, a fine dining restaurant, an all-day restaurant, conference facilities, meeting rooms and admin facilities.

Set in the heart of the walled city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, RAAS is a 1.5-acre property uniquely located at the base of the Mehrangarh Fort. The brief was to create a luxury boutique hotel with 39 rooms in the context of the Old city quarter of Jodhpur.

Studio M Hotel is in the heart of entertainment districts like Clarke Quay, Boat Quay and Robertson Quay. Given its high visibility and the accompanying social vibrance of the site, the key idea was to design a trendy and memorable landmark worthy of gracing the historical river next to which it resides.
