Gloria Manor Boutique Hotel
The hotel is located at Kenting in the southernmost part of Taiwan. The property was previously used as a retreat by the late Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek in the late 60’s, thus no major structural or exterior openings were allowed to be changed. With the rich history of the property, the client hoped to achieve two purposes: heritage and sustainability.

EAST Hotel in Beijing
Benoy announce completion of their first hotel in Asia, with the opening of the EAST Hotel in Beijing. Located in the Chaoyang district of Beijing, this is Hong Kong-based Swire Group‘s second EAST brand hotel; the four-star business hotel is part of the new mixed-use retail-led ‘INDIGO’ development, set to become a prime business destination for Beijing. Benoy’s scope of work has included the Masterplanning, Architecture, Facade and Interior Design for EAST hotel, and the entire INDIGO development.

A set of seven buildings including real and pastiche Haussmannian styles, as well as a building dating from the 1970’s, formed a nearly complete urban block in the Triangle d’or (the corner of the Champs-Elysées and the Avenue Georges V). The restaurant Le Fouquet’s is the flagship property of the Barrière company. The goal was to unify these disparate elements and to make it the next parisian “Palace”, thus establishing a strong new image.

Grand Hyatt Bogotá
Architecture firm Goettsch Partners has been selected to design the new Grand Hyatt hotel in Bogotá, set to be the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the dynamic Latin American city. The new hotel will be a key component of the Ciudad Empresarial Sarmiento Angulo, a premier commercial mixed-use development planned for 18 buildings.

Dream Downtown Hotel is a 184,000 SF boutique hotel in the Chelsea neighborhood of NYC. The 12-story building includes 316 guestrooms, two restaurants, rooftop and VIP lounges, outdoor pool and pool bar, a gym, event space, and ground floor retail.

How could one revive vernacular architecture in such an exceptional setting as Imerovigli, Santorini, with its view of the Caldera, opposite the Skaros rock? Generally rooms to rent at the Caldera simulate the vernacular by cloning indefinitely vaulted roofs.
