English Building Designs – Manchester

Abito apartments is a new concept aimed at first-time buyers, and people wanting a city crash pad. BDP came up with an innovative solution by designing the apartments from the inside out.
Beetham Tower

Designed by Manchester-based firm, Ian Simpson Architects, the Hilton Hotel tower was completed in early 2007. It includes 218 premium apartments and a 279 room five star Hilton Hotel.
CIS Tower

The tower was designed as a prestige headquarters to showcase the Co-operative movement in Manchester. In 1958, the company proposed building an office tower block, construction began the following year and it was completed in 1962.
No.1 Deansgate apartments

No. 1 Deansgate is the name and location of a medium-rise apartment building in central Manchester, England. It is the tallest all-steel residential building in the United Kingdom, and one of the most expensive addresses in Manchester. The building was completed in 2002, and is situated at the north end of Deansgate close to Manchester Cathedral.
Imperial War Museum Manchester

The museum building was designed by architect Daniel Libeskind and opened in July 2002, receiving 470,000 visitors in its first year of opening. It was recognised with awards or prize nominations for its architecture and is a prime example of Deconstructivist architecture.
