CTTI Offices
The project consists of the rehabilitating and reform of an existing building to convert it in the new offices of the Centre for Telecommunications and Information Technologies (CTTI) of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Government of Catalonia – Spain). These offices were built to group all the IT and telecommunication services of the Government of Catalonia.

Company headquarters in the inner city usually form blind spots, unattractive to the public and desolate after office hours. Therefore, the design is not understood as an architectural but as an urban task with the aim of maximizing public space on the building lot.

This office project was designed for a shopping center developer. The initial concept aimed to create a very functional and contemporary headquarters. The ACBC Office Colonia design intention was to build, through the language and the atmosphere, architecture completely different from the traditional, institutional approaches.

For the Al-Birr Foundation’s new headquarters, Perkins+Will reinterpreted the typology of an urban tower in the spirit of Le Corbusier’s explorations of the brise-soleil, calibrated to the extreme solar exposure and heat conditions of the microclimate of Riyadh.

Al Faisaliah Riyadh Buildings
Playing a key part in Riyadh’s urban development, the 240,000-square-metre Al Faisaliah Complex is centred around Saudi Arabia’s first skyscraper – a distinctive 267-metre-high office tower – alongside a five-star hotel, a banqueting and conference centre, luxury apartments and a three-storey retail mall.
