Arrowhead Development
Arrowhead is a new office development by Ballymore on South Quay, adjacent to Canary Wharf and at the northern entrance to the Millennium Quarter in London’s Docklands. The design combines world class, flexible office space with an energy conscious enclosure of a glass climate wall and external metal shading. Integral to the development is the creation of a new landscaped public plaza opening up the site to the dock.

Rising to 26 storeys from a dramatic triple height 10,000 sq ft lobby, the proposed building will take full advantage of the site’s exceptional setting, providing 535,881 sq ft (49,785 sq m) of Grade A office accommodation on 26,500 and 15,500 sq ft floors aimed at blue-chip multinational corporations.
