Ballymacrea House in Portrush
The Ballymacrea house is a celebration of the often forgotten Northern Irish Mid Century Modern homes. House at Bogwest
This house explores a response to a tradition of the built object in the Irish landscape evident in the classic middle size houses of the area. It seeks to balance the metaphysical aspects of light, weight and timelessness with the local art of building and craftsmanship.

House on Mount Anville – RIBA National Award Winner
This site is located in a residential area in south county Dublin with the new house replacing a 1970s bungalow which existed on the site previously. Key to this design was the client’s requirement for the new house to be energy efficient, cheap to run and to make the best of his site. The form, layout and detail of the house result from these requirements and were guided by best principles of sustainable design.

This major addition to a double-bay, detached Victorian villa, is tucked away from the street and is seen in the context of the rear off-shots and extensions of suburban Belfast. Glenariffe House, Glens of Antrim Property
Set within the Glens of Antrim on the side of the valley running down to the sea, this house respects the rural architecture of the area while providing an immaculately detailed modern interpretation of a country home with excellent environmental credentials. From the road the massing and white rendered exterior refers directly to the rural vernacular without pastiche.
