Architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM) chosen to redesign London’s new police headquarters. The HQ is relocating from the depths of St James to a lovely site on the River Thames. The redevelopment of the Curtis Green building forms part of the largest ever transformation of the police estate.

BFI IMAX Building

This 500-seat large screen IMAX cinema was built for the British Film Institute (BFI) and opened in May 1999. It is by far the largest screen in Britain, and one of the biggest in the world.

Kings Cross Central

Stanton Williams’ design for the £200m new campus unites the college’s activities under one roof for the first time. It provides Central Saint Martins with a substantial new building, connected at its southern end to the Granary Building, a rugged survivor of the area’s industrial past.
King’s Place, King’s Cross

The innovative waterside building is only 150m from King’s Cross and the new Channel Tunnel Rail Link and is part of one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe. It will open on 1 October 2008 with a special five-day festival of concerts and exhibitions to celebrate a new cultural space for London.
KX200, Kings Cross

KX200 has been a very rapid project, requiring the team to re-think the usual design & construction sequence, as well as re-thinking the traditional model of student accommodation. The £35m build was completed at the end of 2007.

Liverpool Street Station Project

This railway station, also known as London Liverpool Street, is a central London railway terminus and connected London Underground station in the north-eastern corner of the City of London. It was opened in 1874 as a replacement for the Great Eastern Railway’s main London terminus, Bishopsgate station, which was subsequently converted into a goods yard.
