Frigerio Design Group has been selected for the human values of its design proposal: an industrial structure integrated into the landscape, designed for the well-being of employees and respect for the planet.

Markas Headquarters in Bolzano
The new headquarters of the service providers Markas in Bolzano were integrally designed with BIM by ATP on the basis of its winning scheme from a realization competition of 2016. The tower, which plays an important role in the cityscape, is characterized by a well-proportioned volume that, unusually, is capable of growing downwards.

Gotha Cosmetic srl has entrusted iarchitects (Davide Cumini, Pietro Perego, Francesco D’Asero) with the renovation and expansion of its headquarters. The project has developed from the customer’s need to have new spaces suitable following the brand renewal and focused on expanding the offices area, upgrading the manufacturing area and creating a new entrance and representative spaces.

Reale Group Office Building in Turin
The new operations headquarters of Reale Group in Turin was recently opened. It was built on ground of the southwestern border of the city’s Roman castrum to replace a pre-existing building from the Seventies. The historical and contemporary merge in a dialectic relationship with the context that catalyzes new regenerative processes of the urban and social fabric of the city.

The surface area of the intervention is of 6,000 sqm, part of which will be dedicated to green areas. The building gross area is 4.500 sm on three levels plus the underground parking, and houses a conference hall, offices, workshop area and open space, management offices and a control room for checking goods.

When this building was built, it was considered to be modern and technologically advanced, even experimental. Today however, many of its undeniably attractive aspects have become outdated with regards to current standards of building construction. For this reason the new owner, aware of its quality and evocative presence, decided to bring in architects to redesign the complex.
