BBC Pavilion in Cannes
The BBC Pavilion, a seminal project that was in development for almost two years, is a large-scale organic structure located on the beach front in Cannes. The building fuses an iconic sculptural aesthetic with highly innovative architectural functionality.

Contemporary Duplex in Cannes
Before Cochet Pais’s incredible work, this opulent French apartment was all set in just one floor, with a surface of 150 m2. The project consists of the elevation of the building, to create an additional floor, transforming the luxury residence into a 250 m2 duplex facing the port of Cannes.

On the Port of Cannes
This architectural project borders the dike to the south and the Allées de la Liberté-Charles-De-Gaulle to the north. It was a sheltered beach until 1838, when construction began. The port has undergone a series of transformations and expansions in response to new requirements.

Quality and bold creativity produce a building that has a distinct feminine look, in curve and counter-curve, partly sheltered by an opalescent patterned glass veil that captures sunlight and reflects it. the building glitters on the sea front, honed by technology informed by advanced research in tandem with the age-old skill of an Italian master glazier.
