Tower accommodating apartments (436 apartments distributed throughout 40 floors), shops on the ground floor, and access to the subway.
Surface area: 40,000 m2
Height: 144 m
Client: A+R Kalimian Reality
The sculptural tower, placed at the corner of an avenue, is composed of two parts and complemented by a vertical pavilion on each side. The prismatic design of volumes gathers light while optimizing the lengthways views onto the streets.
This architectural project extends the facades of the neighboring 1930’s historical buildings, the towers responding to each other in New York’ skyline.
