Pixendorf Rural Residential Estate, Lower Austria
Architects: AllesWirdGut Architektur

photo : tschinkersten
The Pixendorf Rural Residential Estate is a new 308-unit development currently under construction, conceived in dialogue with the existing village centre. Rather than replicating it directly, the project offers a contemporary reinterpretation, introducing a new layer of diversity while maintaining continuity with the established character of Pixendorf.
Designed to be permeable and adaptable, the estate remains open to future growth and extension. Its structure and scale align with the historic core, allowing it to sit comfortably alongside it while expanding the range of infrastructure and amenities available. In doing so, the development fosters opportunities for exchange between old and new, supporting a more connected and evolving community.

Puradies Nature Resort in Leogang, Salzburger Land
Design: NOA
Set against a breathtaking alpine backdrop, the Puradies Nature Resort is nestled within lush meadows beside a small lake, offering an environment defined by fresh air and a strong connection to nature. This sense of place has been further enriched by NOA, who have expanded the resort with a new spa concept inspired by the elemental forces of fire, water, earth, and air.
The family-run hotel, comprising 76 rooms and 14 chalets arranged like a small village, lives up to its name by creating a setting that feels both intimate and expansive. The result is a destination that balances comfort, landscape, and experience—an alpine retreat shaped by atmosphere as much as by design.
