Inova Health Center – Oakville is the first of a multi-campus initiative aimed at establishing a new physical identity, operational standard, and patient experience for the health system.

The new building has 53 apartments, art gallery, lobby, courtyard, underground parking and retail space. The renovated historic buildings house a locally-famous diner and a wine shop with offices and apartments above.

The ICA uses fashionable folding geometry that has become popular in this age of parametric design. The arts school maintain that both the VCU and the city needed a contemporary art institution.
