Valencia Technology Park Building – 7 Mar 2013
The increasing growth of the Technology Park on the outskirts of Valencia resulted in a pressing need for easily accessible day care facilities for employees’ children, thus Spanish firm Foursquare Arquitectos were commissioned to design a new Children’s Education and Innovation Centre within the grounds. The scheme had greater ambitions, however, than simply filling in a gap in the childcare market.

Spanish School of Art and Design – 7 Mar 2013
The competition raised the construction of two buildings with very different programs and scales. On the one hand a School of Art and Design, and on the other a Pavilion for Fairs. Two sites abutting, but separated by a road.

Inauguration of the new headquarters of the company Repsol by the architect Rafael de la-Hoz. This new Spanish campus, a world reference in corporate offices, is designed as an intelligent building where interaction and exchange among the 4,000 people who work in there is fostered.
San Augustin Sports Centre, Teruel, south east Spain
Design: Jordi Herrero

San Augustin Sports Centre Development – 8 Nov 2012
This building houses a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, a sports court and a football pitch. The land is sloping, therefore the project responds to this location by generating terraces. A great piece covered in corten steel fits on the back side of the plot and generates a front of 4 meters towards the football pitch.

Sports Center Sa Indiotería – added 18 Sep 2012
Instead of the image of an hermetic pavilion, here the intention is to give continuity from the inside space to the outside one. The building is implemented to bury the court and the locker rooms. The schema allows to go through, without visual barriers, from the park to the covered platform, to the stands, and finally descending to the court.
CMSS Camas, near Sevilla, south west Spain
Design: Antonio Blanco Montero

CMSS Camas Building – 24 Jul 2012
The functions that contain a center for social services can classify in a wide and varied spectrum from the administrative processing, beyond the psychological attention. All of them are characterized with a residue of uncertainty and instability. It offers the possibility to investigate relationships between uses. Give certain properties of spaces through the honesty of materials.
Victoria Kent Park Building, Camas, near Seville, south west Spain
Design: Antonio Blanco Montero

Victoria Kent Park Camas – 24 Jul 2012
The intervention takes place in a park area in which the expectations of the original project didn’t reach the estimated reactions, leaving a marginal area due to the original proposal, a huge “crater” 40 meter diameter and 1,20 m deep, with no other treatment but the concrete block paving. Out of scale and without an intended use. The situation is bound to lack of maintenance of urban furniture and equipment.
