BCDA Iconic Building Design Competition

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority aims to develop its new corporate office in the northern portion of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig with an area of 7,275-square meter. Majority of the area will be allotted for open spaces, parks, landscapes, and public arts.

Ground works have commenced on this skyscraper building, designed by global architecture, urbanism and design practice Broadway Malyan, with the tower set to be the tallest residential skyscraper in The Philippines and Manila’s definiteive landmark when completed in 2016. When completed it will stand approximately 250 metres tall and feature 220 residential units over 58 storeys.

Designed by international architecture, urbanism and design practice Broadway Malyan and with public space interiors by renowned luxury brand Versace Home, the towering structure will be a notable landmark within the award-winning developer’s Century City masterplan, with completion scheduled for 2015.
