This new Tribeca skyscraper building is due to be 667 feet high (to rooftop pinnacle), with 43 stories.
The developer is Soho Properties led by Sharif el-Gamal.
The highly glazed design has a pleasant fracturing towards its top, in a crisp rectilinear style.
Towers in the vicinity include 30 Park Place, 56 Leonard Street, and 111 Murray Street, and the new Islamic cultural center building (16,000 sqft) at 51 Park Place designed by starchitect Jean Nouvel is close by.
There will be 50-units in the 203m high tower.
There are due to be at least 15 full-floor units of huge dimensions – 3,200 to 3,700 sqft.
Prices listed are as follows:-
one-bedroom units start at $1.92 million
two-bedroom start at $3.73 million
three-bedrooms at $4.6 million
four-bedrooms from $10.5 million
two duplex penthouses for $39 & $41 million
Sales are aiming for $3,400 / sqft, substantially above neighborhood averages for Tribeca and the Financial District.
Piero Lissoni is heading interior design while SOMA Architects is the main architect. Ismael Leyva is the architect of record.
The building’s Tribeca sales gallery opened in summer 2017. Sales are led by Corcoran Sunshine.
