Le Relais Boréale, Montreal Restaurant
This Mile-Ex neighborhood property is a meeting and tasting place for beer lovers. This is a homecoming for Les Brasseurs du Nord, a pioneer of microbreweries in Quebec, which brewed its first Boréale beers in the city 35 years ago.

Café Constance
Atelier Zébulon Perron, a firm renowned for its distinct hospitality interiors, has designed a fanciful 1400 sqft social gathering space located in downtown Montreal’s Wilder building, home of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. The café pays tribute to Constance Pathy, a Member of the Order of Canada, a generous patron of the arts, and former leader of Les Grands Ballets.

Pilote Restaurant Bar
From the start, Guillaume Drapeau entrusted ACT architecture design with an ambitious task for the Pilote project: creating an original environment combing a micro-distillery, brewery, and restaurant into a single hospitable experience. With approximately 100 seats, replete with a full kitchen alongside the aforementioned micro-distilleries within a 2,000 s.f. space, Projet Pilote truly represents a first for Québec.

Tiramisu Restaurant Hilton Hotel Montréal Chinatown
Located on the first floor of the Hilton Hotel in Montreal’s Chinatown, Tiramisu recalls the Italian exuberance of the 1960s in a contemporary context. The space is bathed in natural light from the impressive 75-foot long operable façade, which allows the restaurant to open up to the bustling streets of Chinatown.

Restaurateurs Mélanie Blanchette and François Nadon, owners of Bouillon Bilk and Cadet, are the duo behind this new French brasserie. In the Place Carmin Restaurant project, Clairoux was entrusted with designing an intimate dining room, a bar space with two private dining rooms for groups, and a terrasse.

Heirloom is a welcoming space with its rounded corners and warm textures. From the vantage point behind the white oak bar, one can appreciate the action around the imposing Italian Malagutti oven covered with a penny round red mosaic tile.

Falafel Yoni Mile-End Restaurant
Falafel Yoni is nestled in the heart of Montreal’s trendy Mile-End neighbourhood. The city’s zoning regulated that the restaurant’s capacity be limited to 12 seats, which led to the design of a generous curved bar with a diner feel.
