Piccadilly Place Development
Piccadilly Place is a mixed-use development in the heart of Manchester by the Carlyle Group.
One Piccadilly Place is the address of the landmark DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Manchester – Piccadilly. Two Piccadilly Place is the 55,000 sq ft headquarters for Transport for Greater Manchester. Together Three and Four Piccadilly Place comprise 300,000 sq ft of new Grade A office space. The residential element is Five Piccadilly Place, ‘The Hub’, a development of 167 apartments.
We provide great concierge services, run fitness classes and have an on-site masseuse. We also run outdoor events throughout the year, which are a perfect chance to get together with work colleagues and enjoy the food and entertainment provided.
There is a great community feel here, with events and activities taking place all year round. Why not join us and see for yourself?
Tenant testimonials for this city centre commercial development:
“Being located next to Piccadilly Train Station and in close promiximity to the motorway, Piccadilly Place allows easy accessibility, offering our guests the opportunity to travel by their own preferred means of transport.” – Jessica Fox, marketing manager at Orega’s Manchester office.
“The staff at this property are very friendly and we find that the exercise classes and regular tenant events bring together a mixture of individuals from the variety of companies at the scheme.” – Sam Siddle, office manager for Weightmans, Manchester.
“Three Piccadilly Place met our desire to select a highly distinctive and well-located office building for Egencia. It places us in a pivotal position in one of the UK’s most important office locations.” – Andrew Clarke, director and general manager at Egencia’s Manchester office.
“Welcoming the general public to Piccadilly Place by offering space for external companies to host exhibitions and business events on-site, is what attracted the NHS to the development, as well as its highly sustainable office accommodation and BREEAM Excellent rating.” – Alison Monaghan, Facilities Manager at NHS Property Services Ltd.
