Chuncheon District Court
2009-
Design: Kyungam Architects Associates
The court has become a very everyday facility in the modern society. It is a place that must maintain integrity and at the same time be a place that can effectively communicate with citizens, the courthouse can give direction to how modern public facilities should be built. “Court in Court” expresses a court that shows gentle authority to the citizens and builds integrity in the court administration. The Chuncheon District Court extends the urban axis and creates a inner frame to which the details of the facade express the symbolism, functionality, and individuality of the building.
