The Singapore-based multi-disciplinary firm Andy Fisher Workshop (AFW) has unveiled renderings of Bagmane Memphis, a two-tower office complex located within the Bagmane Capital business hub in Bengaluru, developed by Bagmane Group. Set for completion in 2025, the project adds 1.4 million square feet of flexible office space, marking the final piece of the masterplan.

Never Never Cube is located in sec-82 Mohali, a grooming industrial area, this project is a commercial building owning a major focus on being leased out for offices or display centres in the corporate arena. Confirming to the local building norms, it is an open laid out plan with fixed height which leaves the designer with the facade to romance with.

Cantilevered cuboid volumes create a sculptural office building, Akshaya 27. Located in the old business district of Chennai in South India, the plot had multiple challenges to be overcome. The design is by Sanjay Puri.

Volumes within volumes lend each functional part of the office their own identity. A large reception space is punctuated by a 36’ high seating area in the form of elliptical pods floating in a shallow reflecting pool at one end and a landscaped courtyard at the other end.

CIPLA is a large and prestigious Pharmaceuticals company, and their existing facilities in the North of Mumbai needed to be augmented. Vikhroli is an extremely congested and chaotic suburb of Mumbai. The plot itself however, is filled with lush large trees and the location of existing trees and the site profile has dictated the evolution of the design concept.
