Nokha Village Community Centre
Sanjay Puri Architects present the Nokha Village Community Centre, located in the desert region of Nokha in Rajasthan. The sweeping curvilinear volume rises up from the northeastern corner, looping around the site and rising up on the northwest corner to create a north facing open courtyard.

A composition of coloured cuboids defines this sculptural residential project. The brief for the Studios 90 mid-rise buildings in Kodla, Karnataka, India was to create studio apartments, a hostel, and a guest house to house workers of a new cement plant, on the perimeter of a housing project for a residential township.

As opposed to creating an imposing edifice, the building gradually steps up from the approach direction belying its 20 metre height. Stepped up from the northern direction, the entire terrace of the 4 level building is accessible to the students & faculty of the university, transferring into an open auditorium amidst the landscape.

The Street in Mathura
Designed in 4 level high, 5 linear blocks, the built spaces snake across a wedge shaped site twisting and turning along their length. Sitting adjacent to repetitive hostel blocks on the east and west these new hostels within a large university campus create individual spaces within a discernible identity in each part of the layout.

Situated on an undulating site in the deserts of Ras, Rajasthan, India, Studios 18 apartments are a part of an entire layout spread over 36 acres. With no buildings or development in the vicinity, this layout is being created for the working people of a new cement manufacturing plant that has commenced production nearby.

Sanjay creates Triose building in Lonavala – Angled spaces projected towards different directions encapsulated in an organically folded concrete skin create a two level building on this site in lonavala, a small city in India, housing a few retail shops, a food court, two restaurants, a large bar and an entertainment gaming area.
