Built in 1991, the Shires is a two-level scheme which provides the city’s prime offer for major fashion multiples with retailers such as Next, River Island, Oasis, and Monsoon. Retailers to have opened at the scheme as part of a tenant mix revitalisation strategy include Punky Fish, Swarovski, Karen Millen, Principles, Schuh, Eat and Starbucks.
