The Sincere Centre Phase II comprising a Grade-A office tower, a serviced apartment tower and a retail podium, is in the core area of the Guanyinqiao business district in Chongqing. Designed by the major international architecture office Aedas it is in close proximity to the city’s main arteries, and to its southeast stands Phase I.

The Tiangang Art Center project, located over 100 km from Beijing and more than 200 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang, lies at the foot of Taihang Mountain, and adjacent to Yishui Lake. The village in Yi County of Baoding City, Hebei Province has undergone tremendous change during the past two years: 142 sqkm of land in the area has been allocated for use as a kind of playground for architectural experimentation.

Xu Wei Art Museum and Qingteng Square are a very important part of our practice project in Shaoxing Ancient City, and also a key action in the urban renewal plan of “Seeing Qingteng Again”. As the main venue for the “500th Anniversary of Xu Wei’s Birth and the Opening Ceremony of Xu Wei’s Hometown”, they were officially put into use in May 2021.

The Ring pushes the boundaries of the traditional retail environment, which has been turned on its head in recent years by online shopping culture and the pandemic. As the first of Hongkong Land’s new experience-based retail destinations, the project shifts the emphasis from commercial exchange to social exchange and connection to nature.

The project is the new store of the new-Chinese-style dessert brand “Zolaism” in Aranya, Qinhuangdao, one of the most popular seaside resort communities sitting 3-4 hours drive from the central city of Beijing. Located in the plaza of the community, the site is an addition attached to the north side of the original building of cinema, facing the main road and featuring a wide field of view.
