Within the gritty rail yard environment, squeezed between a space formed by the divergence of V-Line tracks at the end of platforms 5 and 6, the Yardmasters Building is a multi-use facility for the various workers and operations associated with the Southern Cross Rail Yard. A service building that in years passed may have been treated in a pragmatic and unremarkable way.

Less than half an hour’s drive west from Paris’ city center, designed as an extension of a private residence to an 18th-century structure, sought to provide every family member with a private realm.
Aga Khan Award for Architecture Shortlist : all projects online. 28 Jun
– The members of the Master Jury for the 2017-2019 Cycle of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture have been announced. The Jury, which independently selects the recipients of the US$ 1 million Award, will convene in January 2019 to select a shortlist from hundreds of nominated projects.
