Buildings in more detail
Kite Tower Leeds is proposed to be 28 storeys high and would thus compare to the smaller of Ian Simpson Architects’ proposed skyscrapers at Criterion Place.
Kings Reach is proposed to be 34 storeys high, building on the original tower building of 30 storeys by architect Richard Seifert

Projects by this architecture office that are not proceeding:
Birmingham Library – architecture competition, West Midlands, England, UK
Date built: 2006
Shortlist: one of three architect practices alongside Adjaye Associates, Glen Howells
Granton Island, Edinburgh, Scotland
This architects studio were also involved in designing an island and tower in Granton by the harbour. The tear-drop shaped island was criticised by AD+S in Mar 2006. The nine-acre island was to feature a 30-storey hotel and luxury flats. We understand this project is postponed and may be abandoned. The Ross Bandstand also went out to another architecture competition Dec 2006, and yet again in 2017.
Location: London, south east England, UK
