GERT WINGÅRDH. ELEVEN HOUSES
9 Dec 2009 – 28 Feb 2010
One of Sweden’s most renowned arhitects, Gert Wingårdh started his practice in Gothenburg in 1977. Most of his buildings have materialised in western Sweden, but some have been built in various parts of the world.
Gert Wingårdh’s rich variation has become part of Sweden’s international persona. The exhibition displays eleven buildings reflecting the characteristics of the architect’s prolific and wide-ranging output. In addition to buildings, the exhibition features Gert Wingårdh’s view of architecture.
