After years of work, we decided to face the construction of our own office. Sited on a corner defined by Catamarca and Caracas streets, in Martinez, Buenos Aires. A zone that is actually transforming and developing, from being an area of horse keeping studs, to become a commercial spot, surrounded by offices and modern restaurants, right in the heart of San Isidro.

Alric Galindez Arquitectos is a contemporary architecture practice founded in 1995 and based in Buenos Aires and San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina. The studio was established by architects Santiago Alric and Carlos Galindez, and later joined by partners including Federico Lloveras and Luciano Capaccioli, who together lead the office’s design work.

The practice is known for a creative and context‑responsive approach, tailoring each project to site conditions, program requirements, and the client’s needs, often resulting in fresh and innovative architectural solutions. Their work ranges from residential buildings to office designs and large‑scale competitions, and the office has participated in both national and international contests, receiving first prizes in several and representing Argentine architecture in exhibitions and biennials around the world.
