This underwater spa forms part of a luxury resort in the Maldives. It includes two double treatment rooms and a relaxation area. Sliding walls allow the space to be opened up to make the most of the spectacular views or closed to create a more intimate space for treatments. The resort comprises of 43 rooms located on the beach and on stilts over the ocean.

One of the key Presidential Legacy Projects, The Freedom Park was officially launched on 1 June 2000 as a response to the need identified by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission for symbolic reparation of past conflicts in the history of South Africa.

The shape on the south side is a half circle, forming a horseshoe on the north side. Approaching the house form the gate the driveway is elevated to allow glimpses through the house to the garden and raised water feature on the other side of the house.

The proposal for the Grand Egyptian Museum begins by forming a new ‘edge’ to the Plateau, by creating a gentle slope as a thin veil of translucent stone structured by fractal geometry; opening and closing like foldings within the desert sand.
