Designing for the next big market – Africa! We invite tenders from reputable Architectural Firms for “Prequalification” for inclusion into a short list for Design Competition for the architectural design of this hub structure. Botswana´s first Science and Technology Park is going to be a world class platform for technology oriented and knowledge intensive foreign and local businesses as well as research and advanced training institutes. The concept is being developed together with one of the European leaders in Science and Technology Park – business, Technopolis Oyj. BIH will be an eye-catcher and a landmark still offering cost-effective solutions for users. It will also be a show-case of “Green Building” and as an example lead the way for the whole building industry in Africa!

The Freedom Park is a people’s shrine that weaves the story of where we come from and the events that shaped what South Africa is today. It is a reflection of the sacrificial achievements that is South Africa and issues forth a call to marvel at the phenomenon of a country on the brink of civil war that chose a road of negotiation instead of pitting brother against brother.
