W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. is an American multinational manufacturing company specializing in products derived from fluoropolymers. It is a privately held corporation headquartered in Newark, Delaware. It is best known as the developer of waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex fabrics.

Pumpherston and Uphall Primary School
Morgan Sindall were awarded the first Scottish Futures Trust funded school for Pumpherston and Uphall Station near Livingston in West Lothian. The new school accommodates up to 231 primary school children and includes eight classrooms, an assembly hall and dining area, a nursery with 30 morning and 30 afternoon place, a general purpose room, a community library, administration accommodation and changing facilities.

Glenmorangie Bottling Plant
Glenmorangie moved into its new head office in Edinburgh, Southeast Scotland, UK. LVMH’s whisky operation moved into its new head office at The Cube in Edinburgh city centre after the company behind the Ardbeg and Glenmorangie whisky brands sold its 33-acre bottling plant and headquarters in Broxburn, to rival Diageo, the company behind Johnnie Walker whisky.

Howden Arts Centre
Situated largely within mature parkland, Howden Park Centre originally evolved in piecemeal fashion from a converted coach house into a popular but inherently limited arts centre. Nicoll Russell Studios were commissioned to redevelop the building as increasingly intensive use by professional and community groups highlighted the need for the building to expand considerably and resolve a range of issues if future needs were to be met in a fit for purpose environment.

The Elements shopping centre
Elements Square, owned by Land Securities, is a major retail addition to the town centre. Conceived as six separate buildings united by a transparent ETFE roof, it creates a new public heart for Livingston, and includes a major covered tiered space with an upper level wintergarden.
