The Valente building, designed by award-winning Brazilian architecture firm FGMF Arquitetos, will bring to Pinheiros (neighborhood in São Paulo, Brazil) its original architecture, causing great impact in the urban landscape, entirely conceived for user experience.

It is a mixed-use building, with corporate levels organized as duplex and triplex units with high ceilings; residential lofts; and shops. The proposal is to offer flexible mezzanines, where users can adapt their office as they see fit, creating personalized spaces that are completely different from conventional corporate floors.

The building will stand out in the landscape, not only for its dynamic aspect, but for its plasticity in relation to the neighboring buildings as well. Located in the junction between two streets, it will be visible from different points in the city, from different angles, both to pedestrians and vehicles, offering new experiences and discoveries for those who visit the area.

The pedestrian access will be located on the highest side of the plot, in the corner of Cardeal and Capote Valente streets. From here, the topography decreases, and stairs are displayed both to access the building and to be used as a type of grandstand for the general public, an urban kindness of sorts. The recess and the marquis projected from the ground level provide a breath of air to the city and direct visitors to the stores and reception.

Construction of Valente will begin in August/September, and it is expected to be concluded by mid-2022. It promises to repeat the lasting, successful partnership between FGMF and Idea!Zarvos, the developer responsible for the most iconic designs in the new São Paulo architecture.

Corujas was the first design signed by the firm for Idea!Zarvos. A commercial building that offers its users the wellbeing of working in a building with generous green spaces, communal areas and an architecture that positively transformed its surroundings. It received more than 14 national and international awards, including, more recently, the Global Architecture and Design Awards in 2019; the Global Future Design Awards – Office Building 2019; and DNA Paris – Architecture: Commercial and Offices 2019.

Residential building Aruá, also developed by Idea!Zarvos and designed by FGMF, was their second joint project and has become a landmark in the region, with multiple important awards including the Brazilian award “Grande Prêmio Nacional de Arquitetura” as design of the year, in 2018, awarded by lab-RJ.
