After being left behind hoardings for years at last this building has been demolished, with architect Owen Luder in attendance.

Trinity Square
Derwent Tower was due for demolition mid-2008, delayed to 2010
Building used for sequences in the Get Carter film Film starred Michael Caine, with Bryan Mosley. Trinity Square was the scene of a fight and subsequent murder.
