Eldon Square Shopping Centre
The retail development was officially opened in 1977.
This retail development was owned by intu (2013–2020).
It is now free to park in many City Centre Car Parks after 5pm Monday to Saturday.
There are over 10,000 car parking spaces in Newcastle City Centre. All off-street and on-street parking areas are well signposted from major roads leading into the City Centre.
Intu Eldon Square has two adjacent car parks, Eldon Garden Multi-Storey Car Park and intu Eldon Square Multi-Storey Car Park, both accessible from Percy Street.
A wide variety of smaller car parks are also within easy walking distance of of the shopping centre.
