23 East 22nd Street
To be completed by OMA’s New York office, 23 East 22nd Street is located just off Madison Square Park in the ‘Flatiron district’. Amenities such as the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Screening Room, main lobby, pool and gym, are also being designed by OMA, and will be shared with One Madison Park, a second residential tower located immediately adjacent on 23rd Street.

56 Leonard Street
Views offered from the uppermost penthouse, from approximately 800 feet above street level, in an article on YIMBY. The sturdy 821-foot tall tower contains 145 condominiums. Due to a lack of adjacent towers (unlike Midtown or further south in the financial district) it is highly visible from many parts of Lower Manhattan.

“rediscovery” is a dual concept for the whitehouse, consisting of a building and a airship as a mobile part (including a mobile oval office). the airship is set to establish a world wide network in pursuit of new green technologies, making it possible to one nation to learn from another. the building serves also as a greenhouse for endangered endemic species.

One Bryant Park
This skyscraper design was inspired by the famed New York Crystal Palace, the first light metal frame building in America, erected in Bryant Park in 1853, along with cultural influences from New York City’s classic skyscrapers. The building design traces the history of the place while representing the city’s optimism of its future through the suggestion of the architectural forms.
