Lake Wörthsee House
It was allowed to be made of concrete, however, with a pleasant atmosphere and not too cold. The plot was steep and narrow, with spectacular views.
Far protruding balconies function as excellent lookouts and blend out the surroundings. The material concept is basic and focuses on exposed concrete and dark eloxal.

Haus N
Es durfte ein Haus aus Beton werden, dabei atmosphärisch und nicht zu nüchtern. Das Grundstück war steil und schmal, die Aussicht in Teilen spektakulär. Weitauskragende Balkonbügel stellen exklusive Blickbezüge frei und blenden Umfeld aus. Das reduzierte Materialkonzept setzt auf Sichtbeton und dunkles Eloxal.
Bembé Dellinger Architekten und Stadtplaner GmbH are based in Greifenberg (which is close to Landsberg) and led by Felix Bembé and Sebastian Dellinger
