MIAMI, FL – (May 12, 2026) – OKO Group, the Miami-based development company founded by Vlad Doronin, officially announces the sales launch of LILLI, a boutique luxury condominium in Edgewater, Miami’s premier waterfront neighborhood. Drawing its name from the lily, the project reflects a considered approach to detail and craft. With only two to three residences per floor and dedicated elevator access directly into each home, the building is designed to offer an elevated sense of privacy and exclusivity. Each residence maximizes natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and ceiling heights ranging from 10 to 12 feet. Homes range from approximately 1,350 to 6,850 square feet and feature expansive 10-foot-deep balconies for elevated outdoor living.
