In the heart of Florida, a remarkable duplex villa rises overlooking the sea – an architectural statement where modern, neo-classic, and contemporary influences converge with subtle touches of Art Deco. Designed by the Ukrainian studio Architecture I See You for Caffe Latte and Covet House, this ambitious project celebrates refined living through warm tones, rich textures, and an elegant balance between sophistication and comfort.

The experience begins in a glamorous entryway where light and reflection set the tone for the entire residence. The Venice Mirror by Boca do Lobo stands as a symbol of opulence, paired with the sculptural Bryce Faux Console from Brabbu, crafted in authentic marble. A refined seating corner enhances the welcoming atmosphere, featuring the Ellen Armchair by Essential Home alongside the Bryce Side Table by Brabbu. Illuminating the space, Cubic Sconces Big Wall Lamp by Boca do Lobo and the iconic Coltrane Suspension Lamp by Delightfull introduce a timeless aesthetic, while the Cell Rug by Rug’Society anchors the composition with texture and depth, creating a reception area worthy of a grand arrival.

The dining room reveals a dramatic interplay between gothic elegance and tropical inspiration, where nature subtly influences the design language. At the center, the Empire Dining Table by Boca do Lobo commands attention, surrounded by the stately Chandra Dining Chairs. Above, the radiant Hera Suspension Lamp adds a layer of brilliance, while the Agatha Rug by Rug’Society evokes maritime textures that complement the room’s bold character. The result is a space where grandeur and atmosphere coexist effortlessly.

At the heart of the home lies the living room, an inviting interpretation of Caffe Latte’s modern neutral aesthetic. The Siphon Modular Sofa defines the space with its generous comfort and fluid form. Surrounding it, carefully curated pieces such as the Java Center Table, Demitasse Armchair, and Brutte Side Table introduce a harmonious blend of marble and wood finishes. The Ike Floor Lamp by Delightfull adds a sculptural lighting element, while the Ocli Rug by Rug’Society softens the space, reinforcing a sense of warmth and understated elegance.

A seamless fusion of mid-century charm and contemporary functionality defines the villa’s meeting room, which also serves as a private office. The Ezra Table and Marco Armchair by Essential Home create a refined workspace, complemented by the striking Horus Suspension Lamp from Brabbu. The Caffeine Bookcase by Caffe Latte completes the setting with clean lines and organized simplicity, ensuring both productivity and style.

Perhaps the most versatile area of the home is the club space: a dynamic environment designed for relaxation, entertaining, and social moments. In the lounge area, the Excelsa Modular Sofa by Caffe Latte establishes a comfortable gathering point, accompanied by the functional Harar center and side tables. The Essex Armchair by Brabbu and Philip Side Table by Essential Home add character and comfort, while the Inkage Rug by Rug’Society introduces an Art Deco-inspired pattern.

Adjacent to this space lies the kitchen and cocktail lounge, where the Moka Bar Chair by Caffe Latte showcases the timeless beauty of wood. Nearby, the Cassis Console by Brabbu adds a subtle yet elegant accent within a small foyer area. Completing the club zone is a stylish dining corner featuring the Bertoia Table by Brabbu paired with the Moka Chairs by Caffe Latte. Green tones dominate the décor, echoing the surrounding landscape. The Andes Armchair by Brabbu, accompanied by the Philip Side Table, creates an inviting outdoor lounge that celebrates fresh air and relaxed luxury.

The journey culminates in the master bedroom, a sanctuary with sweeping views of Miami’s iconic beaches. If one word could define it, it would be avant-garde. The Château Bed by Luxxu serves as the room’s centerpiece, combining timeless elegance with modern functionality. Surrounding it are carefully selected mid-century accents, including the Minelli Nightstand and Bench, the Monocles Cabinet, and the Marco Armchair by Essential Home, all contributing to a palette of calm neutrals and refined comfort.

Contemporary accents such as the Cutty Side Table and Arabica Screen by Caffe Latte introduce a modern layer to the space, while the Coltrane Suspension Lamp by Delightfull provides dramatic lighting and sculptural presence. Completing the design, the Amazon Rug from Rug’Society’s botanical collection pays tribute to the coral-green tone, adding vibrancy and a connection to nature.

Balancing aesthetics with functionality, this villa stands as a complete expression of luxury interior design. Conceived by Serjozha Ya, founder of Architecture ICU Studio, the project captures the essence of a modern American dream – where design, comfort, and creativity converge in perfect harmony.
