Zitacuaro Apartments
The biggest challenge to build this housing complex was to get the most out of space in a complicated land. The architect is a mediator between the need for the developer to generate added value and to do the right thing for the final user and the city.
The building comprehends six apartments in one and two levels, all with terraces or balconies, all in three and a half floors. The apartments are reached by stairs and it has underground parking. The apartments have a roof garden and garden houses, with jacuzzi and sitting area. The basic idea was to create an image that does not break what is already set in the area where there are no buildings yet, but at the same time show its modernity.
