Tishman Speyer Leases 2,900 m² in Frankfurt’s Banking District to International Law Firm BCLP
Frankfurt am Main, 30th of June 2026 – Tishman Speyer has leased 2,900 square meters of office space in Junghof, a prominent office building in Frankfurt’s banking district, to global law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP). Move-in is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

The eight-story Junghof combines historic Gründerzeit architecture with modern design, offering approximately 22,000 square meters of office space and around 1,200 square meters of retail and gastronomy space. The property is centrally located in Frankfurt’s Central Business District.
Florian Reiff, Senior Managing Director Germany at Tishman Speyer, emphasizes: “Junghof provides BCLP with the ideal environment for its Frankfurt presence. We are pleased to welcome BCLP and support the firm’s continued growth.”
BCLP is an international law firm with around 1,200 lawyers across 32 offices in North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Iconic Awards
The architectural firm AL_A was awarded the title of ‘Architects of the Year’ at this year’s Iconic Awards. The London-based office founded succeeded from the very beginning in impressing the experts with fascinating designs, including the modernisation of the Galeries Lafayette in Paris, the V&A Museum in London and the Central Embassy, a shopping mall in Bangkok. The Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology (MAAT) in Lisbon, completed in 2016, likewise created a sensation.

A successful collaboration between architects and tensile designers reached its final stage last week at Frankfurt’s Light + Building festival and trade fair, where MDT-tex launched the final Tensilation Type EV canopy system. Grimshaw has been working with MDT-tex to develop a product that offers both the flexibility that comes with modular canopies and the engineering advantages of a unified structure.

Eller + Eller Architekten’s high rise office design for BASF SE in Ludwigshafen, Germany was awarded the prestigious ‘Overall Winner’ prize at the conclusion of this year’s Architectural Review MIPIM Future Projects Awards ceremony. The 26.000 sqm (gross) project, which was also successful in the Offices category of the awards, is currently in the planning phase.
